Pictures okay, frame poor
There were curls of black plastic inside the frame. Not sure if they were there as a lack of quality control in production or if they meant the frame was going to fall apart. The frame border is huge in relation to the actual size of the display. I loaded a few pictures to check on the quality, they were nice. The instructions were a bit confusing but easy enough once I figured it out. The frame had some nice features for controlling picture display. In the end I returned it because I certainly didn't want black plastic curls inside my frame.
Poor picture
I'm very disappointed with this picture frame. I bought it for my husband for Christmas and expected it to be a big treat because we both love pictures. It stretches all pictures to wide no matter what width and height they are. It's most noticeable with people because it makes them look very fat. We have two other picture frames and other picture devices that display the same pictures just fine so it's this frame and not the pictures. I tried changing the ratio of width and height of the pictures around using Photoshop CS to see if something would work but nothing did. Either this frame is defective or it's a poor design.
I'm sending it back because it's useless.
